For instance, our oscillators optimize activation and deactivation cycles in power-intensive applications like 5G, WiFi and Bluetooth, significantly reducing overall system power consumption. Additionally, their resilience to shock, temperature and vibration minimizes failures in our customers’ systems, reducing the energy and emissions associated with troubleshooting and repairs for their equipment.

Expanded energy management reporting to include all  global office locations.

Launched an employee volunteer time off (VTO) program, which allows our employees to give back locally to our communities in meaningful ways.

Packed over 50,000 pounds of food for hungry families—a 70% increase over 2023.

Donated 500 STEM kits to schools to inspire the next generation of engineers.
