Do you offer OEM service?

Yes, Logo on product and custom packaging are welcome with extra cost

Do you provide free sample ?  

Yes, sample cost have to pay at the first, but will return it after place order

How long is your delivery time?

Most of our products have stock (exclude new launch product), please check stock with our sales before buying

How do you assure your quality?

We conform very strict incoming quality control, input process qualilty control and final quality control, alll products are 100% checked before delivery

Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?

Small order can be supportable if the goods will not have long time storage

How can I to be your exclusive agency in my country?

A few of our new products can be exclusive agent with different define sales quantity requirement, please check this with our sales for specific details

What's your company payment terms?

Mass production is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before delivery; payment methods Credit/Debit Card, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Afterpay/Clearpay, Pay-easy, MOLpay, SPEI, PIX etc are supportable if trade on Alibaba.
